What it does

Converts .nav.zenc to .bin. Drop the file in, get the flash image back. Engine ECMs and Cummins CM2220 aftertreatment files are both handled.

The result is byte-identical to what NavKal itself writes, and file offsets equal the ECU addresses, so WinOLS needs no address translation.

Need the maps too? A decoded .bin is just the flash image. If you want a WinOLS map pack built for it, or an emissions calibration, send it through as a custom request.
